I had a very good experience with Diamond State Plumbing. They came quickly and gave me a free estimate, which was very reasonable and got my repairs scheduled within a week. They were professional in every way and did excellent work on our repairs. We recently had an ice storm that caused one of our outdoor spigots to break. I have a regular plumber that I have used for 17 yrs that was unable to help me out. I pulled up a map of plumbing company’s close to me and began calling them to try and get help. Unfortunately the first 3 I called were not available for several days. I then came across Diamond State Plumbing. The person who answered the phone was professional and empathetic. They said the earliest they could help unfortunately would be the next day. To me that was better than several days. However one of their employees got done a little early at another job and even though at this time he only had 30 minutes left till the end of his shift, he agreed to help us out by squeezing us in. David was the employee that came out to help. The task he had was no quick or easy fix but he calmly and professionally took care of the problem. Not once, did he show any signs of frustration even though the job went on past his dinner time and hours past his knock off time. He was informative and honest and did a good job. My husband and I were very grateful and thankful that they were able to help us out.
